Balthazar Design Hotel

Beautiful stylish hotel in the Old Town of Krakow. Rooms were immaculate and fresh linen and towels every day. Very friendly and professional staff who all were multilingual and very well spoken. Each day, a tray of sweets was left in our room together with a weather forecast and a local legend to read! In our room there was a tea/coffee maker fully supplied. Beautiful bathroom facilities with Molton Brown supplies topped up daily and a heated floor. Hotel restaurant was wonderful; lovely atmosphere, attentive waiting staff, and superbly prepared food featuring local produce and specialities.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Balthazar boutique hotel during my recent visit to Krakow and I must say, it was a delightful experience. One of the biggest challenges with hotels in the city center is parking, but the hotel's concierge went above and beyond to help me out. They provided me with a Google maps link to a nearby parking garage and even arranged for a taxi to pick me up and carry my suitcase. What's more, they covered the cost of the taxi, which was a nice surprise. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the stylish decor of the lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. I was pleased to find that my room was just as comfortable and practical as I had hoped. The heated floor in the WC was a particularly nice touch, especially on chilly mornings. Overall, I highly recommend The Balthazar boutique hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Krakow. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable.

-The restaurant attached to the hotel, Fiorentina. It’s incredible. The food is top notch. Would highly recommend going there for your first night. -The proximity to the city centre it’s so close to the market square. -The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely. -The hotel room itself is very spacious. -Complimentary treats to eat in the room after your day in krakow to enjoy in the evening. -Extensive mini bar a lot of drinks to choose from. -It’s a small boutique hotel that has a lot to offer. -Its beautifully designed with eccentric interiors. -Airport transfers were organised by the property which makes it hassle free.

Room was good, location was excellent, arrangement of tours was well done.

Beautiful design, felt very comfortable and luxurious. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was awesome, very thorough and efficient. Location was also perfect.
